Ali and his young family are from Afghanistan. At Kabul Café, they share the food they know and love in the best way they can: generous plates, familiar flavours and a warm welcome.
The menu brings together Afghan and Persian cooking, from skewers fresh off the grill to qabooli rice, naan and family-sized feasts made for passing around the table.
There is nothing complicated about the idea. Good cultural food, cooked with care, served simply.
